Yes! Every item is handmade with love and attention to detail. We personally sew each accessory to ensure the highest quality.
3. What materials do you use?
We use high-quality fabrics, including French terry, satin, linen, velvet, and ribbed cotton. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning they are tested for harmful substances and safe for you and the environment.
4. Can I request a custom order?
Absolutely! If you have a specific fabric, colour, or design in mind, feel free to contact us. We’ll do our best to create something special just for you.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
6. What are the shipping options?
We offer two options:
Evri Standard Shipping (2-4 days) – Reliable tracked delivery within the UK.
Collection from Yate, United Kingdom – If you’re local, you can arrange to pick up your order in person.
7. How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time varies, but most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take a little longer.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending a return.
9. How can I take care of my hair accessories?
To keep your accessories in great condition, we recommend hand washing them gently with mild soap and letting them air dry.
